She answered endless questions, set up showings for multiple houses on single days when we could travel, and reached out with information on things we hadn’t even thought about. Pam has been extremely helpful in every stage of our home buying process. Because we live out of state, we had to put our trust in her during the viewing, inspection, and closing. Her guidance during the negotiation process was invaluable. This has been our smoothest real estate purchase. We can’t wait to see what we bought! If you are purchasing a home in Savannah, do yourself a favor and go with Pam. She is exceedingly responsive, competent, and knowledgeable, and as a bonus, she is a joy to work with. Before we started working with Pam, we were growing hopeless about finding our Savannah home. We had lost out on multiple houses in an increasingly frenzied environment of multiple competing offers. Our search was complicated by the fact that we were located in Seattle—we needed our realtor to competently vet the homes we couldn’t see in person. Almost immediately after we moved on to working with Pam, she even managed to open a line of communication with the buyers who beat our offer on the home that convinced us it was time to make the move back to GA. (I remain convinced that if Pam had been our realtor at the time we offered on that home, we would have been able to make the winning offer.) Even though it ultimately wasn’t possible to purchase that home, we knew then that Pam is the real deal. With Pam’s help, we found and purchased a home that we love within a few months. Buying a house on the other side of the country would be a challenge under the best of circumstances. Luckily, my daughter hooked me up with Pam Peterson here in Georgia. She cheerfully searched out suitable properties for me while I visited for a week in the summer, even though I had not yet put my California condo on the market. When I did put my condo "live," Pam kept me posted on every transactional detail on her end and coordinated the escrow process with my California agent. She helped to make this experience virtually stress-free. My biggest worry was getting my two cats into their carriers in order to fly them with us to Georgia. Thank you, Pam.
