Outstanding Performer

September 2021 was a productive month for me! My cumulative September sales earned me
the Seabolt Real Estate September Outstanding Performer recognition. My sale of 209 West
Jones Street at $2,480,000 and the sale of 315 East Charlton Street at $750,000 each made a
significant contribution to my total transactions. I provided buyer representation for both of these
Savannah Historic District sales. What made it such an extra pleasure was working with my
Seabolt Real Estate associates. These Savannah Historic District properties were listed by two
of my office Seabolt Real Estate brokers. Founder and CEO Elaine Seabolt listed the 315 East
Charlton Street Troup Square home and Associate Broker Staci Donegan was the listing agent
for the 209 West Jones Street Historic District property.

For those of you who are interested in Savannah real estate statistics the Jones Street property
was on the market for 291 days and sold for $408 sq.ft. The Charlton Street home was on the
market for 210 days and closed at $345 sq.ft. Keep in mind the Jones Street property has
multi-units with STVR permits in place and the Charlton Street property is a single family
residence. As a member of the Savannah Area Realtors and the National Association of
