November 2021 was another record sales month for me. Nearly 2.5 million dollars in total closed sales transactions made me the Seabolt Real Estate November 2021 Outstanding Performer.
Thank you to my buyer and seller clients who put their trust in me to achieve their Savannah real estate goals. My sales included a charming Savannah Parkside bungalow, a Savannah Victorian District remodeled beauty, a 1940’s Southside Abercorn Lamar Heights bungalow, a Savannah Historic District penthouse on Broughton Street, and a Richmond Hill newer construction home.
The sold prices of my transactions ranged from $202,000 to $995,000. These properties closed from $193 per square foot to a high of $372 square foot of the selling price.Sellers continued to profit from the continued high buyer demand and current low inventory situation which resulted in properties selling at asking price and in some cases above listing prices.
Each real estate sale I achieve results in my $100 donation to the One Love Animal Rescue organization. It is an ongoing pledge I am grateful to be able to do.
